Rooms could benefit from maintenance, especially regarding cleanliness!!! Restroom sink placement in family room could be rethought for privacy!!! Breakfast options should be improved to accommodate guest flow better!!!

I had the most good time at this lovely spot! The outdoor heated swimming pool was such a treat after a day of adventures, and it was so refreshing to relax in it while the sun set. Plus, everything from restaurants to hiking trails was just a quick stroll away-how convenient is that?

I stayed for one night, and the friendly staff made our experience pleasant. The swimming pool was nice to lounge by, but the bugs were a turnoff. I’m not sure if I’d return.

The room was pretty cramped for the price we paid, and it definitely could have been cleaner. We noticed some stains on the sheets and the bathroom doors were not in great shape. The location was super convenient though, with easy access to dining and the Heavenly Lift nearby. Still, the room left a lot to be desired.

Plus, the staff were super chill and friendly, and breakfast was included, which was a decent perk! The location was also prime, just a hop away from the scenic Heavenly Village!

However, the room situation was straight-up chaotic. We switched rooms thrice due to bugs, filthy sheets, and toilets leaking water from the ceiling. The so-called 'free breakfast' was just packaged snacks—not what I expected for the price. A total letdown overall!
