The warm pool was a great way to unwind after a long day.
The room was not clean, with dust and stains on the pillows.

proximity to Heavenly Village, ample parking spaces, small lounge with pool table
Rooms could benefit from maintenance, especially regarding cleanliness!!! Restroom sink placement in family room could be rethought for privacy!!! Breakfast options should be improved to accommodate guest flow better!!!

cozy, cozy, cozy
I had the most good time at this lovely spot! The outdoor heated swimming pool was such a treat after a day of adventures, and it was so refreshing to relax in it while the sun set. Plus, everything from restaurants to hiking trails was just a quick stroll away-how convenient is that?
100% recommend 🥰🏖️

I stayed for one night, and the friendly staff made our experience pleasant. The swimming pool was nice to lounge by, but the bugs were a turnoff. I’m not sure if I’d return.

The room was pretty cramped for the price we paid, and it definitely could have been cleaner. We noticed some stains on the sheets and the bathroom doors were not in great shape. The location was super convenient though, with easy access to dining and the Heavenly Lift nearby. Still, the room left a lot to be desired.

We had a nice stay at this hotel, enjoying the cozy fire pit and the great breakfast at the nearby Becket Tavern. The warm, relaxing pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only hiccup was the confusing signage, as it wasn't clear which hotel we were actually in.

Family friendly spot with some drawbacks
The staff were friendly and helpful which really made a difference. The free parking was a nice touch too for a quick getaway.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable given the circumstances.

missingWrote a review on Jul 17great locationcomfortable roomdecent breakfastodd layoutcleanliness issues
The location was perfect for our family, with so many restaurants and attractions, like the Heavenly Ski Resort, just a short walk away. The free breakfast offered a decent selection, which was a nice perk, although it got quite crowded. Our room was comfortable, but the layout was a bit odd with the restroom sink being public. Despite some cleanliness issues, the overall value was good, making it a convenient choice for our needs.

Let's get real, the local eats are where it's at! California Burger Company had a killer burger that hit the spot after a long day of hiking. Plus, the staff were super chill and friendly, and breakfast was included, which was a decent perk! The location was also prime, just a hop away from the scenic Heavenly Village!
However, the room situation was straight-up chaotic. We switched rooms thrice due to bugs, filthy sheets, and toilets leaking water from the ceiling. The so-called 'free breakfast' was just packaged snacks—not what I expected for the price. A total letdown overall!
